Buyer FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to help you choose an aluminum cutting setup and prepare your inquiry.

What aluminum materials can your machines cut?

Our range is designed for industrial aluminum profiles, extrusions, tubes and other aluminum parts. Share the section size, wall thickness and finished length so we can check a suitable machine configuration.

Can your machines cut different angles?

Yes, selected machines are designed for angle cutting. The available angles and cutting capacity depend on the model and your profile, so send the angle or finished-part drawing you need.

What cutting accuracy can I expect?

Accuracy depends on the machine configuration, material, support and inspection method. Tell us the dimensions and tolerances that matter; we will confirm the proposed specification and how it should be checked.

How short can the remaining tail be?

The remaining tail depends on how the material is fed and clamped, as well as its shape and the cutting list. We can review a material-saving configuration, but a short tail does not mean there is no other cutting waste.

Can I send a drawing for machine selection?

Yes. Send the profile cross-section and finished-part drawing, with the length and quantity you need. A clear photo is also a useful starting point when a full drawing is not yet available.

What overseas installation and support are available?

Installation, operator training and technical support can be discussed for your destination. The quotation should state what is included, how support will be provided and any additional arrangements.

Can one machine handle more than one profile type?

It may handle several profiles when their sizes and support needs fit the configuration. Different sections can require changes to clamps, guides or settings; share your main profiles so they can be checked together.

Can you arrange sample cutting before I order?

Yes, sample cutting can be arranged after the profile and test requirements are reviewed. We can agree which material, finished dimensions and cut features to check before you confirm the order.

How do I choose between automatic and semi-automatic cutting?

Start with your order volume, repeated lengths and how much loading and positioning you want the operator to handle. Automatic and semi-automatic configurations suit different workflows; we can compare them against your actual work.

What information should I prepare for a quotation?

Start with your name and WhatsApp or phone number. A drawing or photo, finished length, cutting angle, required quantity and destination help us prepare a more specific proposal, but those project details are optional at first contact.

Can your machine cut aluminum tubes and bars?

We can review aluminum tubes and solid bars against the selected machine’s capacity. Please specify whether the section is hollow or solid, its dimensions and the finished length, as these affect support and machine selection.

Which machine is suitable for multi-angle cutting?

Send the finished-part drawing and the sequence of angles you need. A single-head, double-head or CNC multi-angle configuration may suit the job; the choice depends on the part length, profile and production workflow.

How do you evaluate surface protection requirements?

Point out any visible, anodized or coated surfaces that must be protected. We will review where the material is supported and clamped, then agree which surface areas to examine during a sample check.

Can your solution reduce material waste?

We can review stock lengths, finished lengths, quantities and the remaining tail to look for practical savings. Saw-cut width and trimming still need to be included, so material use should be assessed from a real cutting list.

What production volume information do you need?

Tell us the quantity per shift or day, your main part lengths and how often the job changes. Include loading, unloading and inspection needs so we can discuss the whole workflow, not only the cutting cycle.

Do you provide clamping and feeding recommendations?

Yes. Your profile shape, length and surface requirements help us review supports, clamps and feeding equipment. The proposed arrangement should be confirmed for the actual sections you plan to run.

Can the machine be customized for my profile?

Some configurations allow options for feeding equipment, support, clamping or other project requirements. Send your drawing and site constraints so we can confirm what is feasible and what would be included in the quotation.

How long does machine delivery usually take?

Delivery timing depends on the model, configuration, customization and shipping destination. Ask for the current production and delivery schedule with your quotation rather than relying on one lead time for every machine.

What training do you provide after installation?

Discuss the training you need when arranging the order. Topics can include normal operation, job setup, routine care and safety procedures; the delivery method and scope should be stated in the agreed support arrangements.

How should I prepare samples or drawings for review?

Label each profile or sample so it matches its drawing. Mark the finished length, angles, important tolerances and surfaces to protect. Send files first so we can agree what physical samples are needed and how to send them.

Engineering Logic

Build the Cutting Process Around the Real Aluminum Profile

A model name is only a starting point. Feeding, clamping, blade direction and automation must suit the actual workpiece and cut list.

Engineering Checklist

Prepare the Data Behind a Useful Quotation

A first recommendation becomes more practical when the drawing, cut list and output target arrive together.

The clearer the drawing and production data, the more useful the first machine recommendation will be.
01

Drawing

Profile cross-section, cavities, wall thickness and visible surfaces.

02

Cut List

Raw stock length, finished lengths, angles and expected mix of parts.

03

Tolerance

Critical dimensions, cut-face expectations and inspection method.

04

Output

Shift pattern, batch size, target pieces and material-flow arrangement.

05

Delivery Destination

Country, facility requirements and the commissioning support to include in the project scope.

Engineering Note

Performance Depends on the Confirmed Application

Published figures should be checked against the actual profile, cut length, fixture and machine setup. A suitable model is the one that can meet the agreed part and process—not the one with the most general claims.
