Who operates this website
JiurunCut is operated by 张家港九润机械科技有限公司, based in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China. For privacy questions or a deletion request, contact the business owner at jiurun888@gmail.com.
Information you provide
Our inquiry forms require your full name and WhatsApp or phone number. Email, country, company, project details, technical parameters and drawings are optional. We use the information you send to understand your cutting application, respond to your inquiry, recommend a suitable configuration and discuss a quotation.
Please share only the drawings and information needed for your project. Do not include unrelated personal information or confidential material that you are not authorized to share.
Inquiry records and drawings
Website inquiries are recorded in Fluent Forms in our WordPress database. Notifications are sent through FluentSMTP to our Gmail inbox. Business follow-up records and drawings may also be kept in our local business records.
New drawings uploaded through our business forms are stored outside the public website directory. Access to website drawing downloads requires an authorized administrator. Drawings are not intended for publication in the public Media Library.
Retention and deletion requests
Our business retention rule is to clear inquiry records and drawings after one year without contact from either side. Telephone and WhatsApp conversations are recorded as the most recent contact date. This is a business review process, not an automatic deletion exactly one year after a form was submitted.
You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing jiurun888@gmail.com. The business owner handles these requests. Include enough information to identify your inquiry; please do not email identity documents unless we specifically ask for information needed to verify the request.
Website records, email correspondence, local files and backups are separate copies. A deletion request needs to be checked across the relevant locations; deletion from the website alone does not delete an email or local copy. Contact us for the status of your request.
Website services
The website is hosted with Hostinger and uses WordPress, Fluent Forms and FluentSMTP to operate inquiries. Gmail handles our inquiry email. GTranslate provides the language selection feature using external translation services. When translation resources load or you select a language, your browser can connect to GTranslate and Google.
External video, WhatsApp and social-media links open services operated by their respective providers. Their processing is governed by their own notices. See the GTranslate privacy notice and Google privacy policy.
Cookies and security information
Our forms record technical information, including an IP address, for operating the service and identifying abuse. Honeypot and token checks help reject automated submissions.
The following first-party cookies support inquiry and language functions. The periods below are configured maximum lifetimes, not the retention period for your inquiry or drawings.

You can inspect, block or remove cookies in your browser settings. Blocking functional cookies may prevent drawing uploads or submission confirmation from working correctly. Selecting English restores the original website text; it is not a request to delete an inquiry.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
In Privacy choices, you can allow Analytics, Advertising measurement, both or neither. Analytics measures public page visits and confirmed inquiry submissions. Advertising measurement helps us understand which Google Ads lead to inquiries from our aluminum cutting machine page. Google may receive cookie and ad-click identifiers, technical information and page or inquiry events. We use a non-contact submission ID to avoid counting the same submission twice. These tags do not send your name, phone number, email, message or drawing. Advertising personalization and enhanced conversions using customer contact data are not enabled.
These measurement tags do not load before a permitted choice. Select your options and Save choices, or choose Reject optional. You can change or withdraw permission using Privacy choices near the bottom of the page. Forms and language selection work without either option. Withdrawal stops future measurement events from our tags and removes accessible first-party measurement cookies; an already loaded Google tag may send a consent update. Withdrawal does not erase data already collected.
We store your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire within 180 days; advertising cookies are managed by Google. A browser record of counted submissions lasts up to 30 days. Designated QA submissions are excluded from lead measurement.
