An angle fixture may be worth discussing when your workshop repeats the same angled parts. Ask Jiurun to check your actual profile and both end shapes before choosing the optional package.
For example, a workshop might need two enclosure members from the same profile, with their ends facing different ways. The buyer wants to know whether one fixture can make both.
Jiurun’s catalog mentions an optional fixture for angle cutting under JR-455Q. Use that note to start an inquiry about the semi-automatic aluminum cutting machine family. Bring these four questions to the discussion.
Will the proposed fixture cover your members?
Send the drawings or photos you have. Name the finished members and show which end belongs to each one.

1. Will one fixture make all your required parts?
Send the member drawings, section drawing and drawing revisions together. Ask Jiurun to name the parts and end shapes that one fixture could make, and identify anything needing another item or further information. Include similar-looking left- and right-hand members in that request. A reply saying “angle fixture included” should also explain which of your parts it applies to. Our miter-cut drawing guide covers the angle, length and direction references to include.
2. How would your profile sit in the angle fixture?
Ask for a sketch showing the intended profile position for each required end. Identify a groove, open face or other recognizable feature so the answer can be matched to your drawing. For the two members in the example, ask whether the same arrangement suits both, or whether either needs a different position or tooling item. Keep that answer with the fixture’s item name. For the separate questions about locating references and contact faces, use our aluminum saw clamping guide.

Have the end and section views ready?
Send them together. Highlight the member or end whose proposed fixture position still needs clarification.
3. What manual changes are needed between parts or angles?
Give Jiurun a short list of the intended tasks: the first member’s ends, then the next member’s ends. Add the usual batch quantities and how often the job changes. Ask the supplier to explain each transition using that list.
Where does the required angle come from on the quoted machine? Which item establishes it, and what must change for the next end? Ask which tasks the operator performs, including any change of fixture, tooling, profile position or machine adjustment. Have the supplier separate those changes from the assisted cutting actions.
A repeated part and a frequently changing mix may need different arrangements. Request an explanation for your usual work, with the corresponding supplied instructions. The supplier should define the approved method. For the broader automation decision, see our automatic multi-angle machine buyer guide.

JR-455Q semi-automatic saw reference
Company machine reference. Use it to discuss the general arrangement, then request a fixture-specific explanation for your drawings.
4. What is included in the price?
Have the offer name the exact machine version and optional fixture item. Request an itemized list of any profile-specific tooling and supports needed for your parts. Ask which items are included in the price and which cost extra.
Each special item should point back to the member drawings and positions discussed above. If two offers use different fixture names, ask what each package includes before comparing their totals. This keeps a basic machine price and a machine with job-specific options understandable to the purchasing team.
Ask the written reply to identify parts the package can make, items awaiting clarification and tasks requiring a separate option. If a sample check is agreed, ask which members and changes it will include. Keep that record with the quotation, so the people buying the machine and the team using it have the same scope.
