Treat cutting lubricant supply as a separate purchase question from the lubrication device. Confirm the initial fluid, exact product and form as supplied, matching product documents, and the supplier responsible for the application reply. A device entry alone identifies neither the fluid being purchased nor its suitability for the proposed saw.

A device entry is not a fluid order
Consider an invented equipment quotation reading “lubrication system included,” with no fluid product line. The immediate purchasing gap is what accompanies that device—not how to set it up. Ask the equipment seller whether the initial fluid is included, separately quoted, buyer-supplied or still undecided.
Keep the equipment, initial consumable supply and future consumable orders distinct. If fluid is included, request its named product, supplied form and quoted package quantity with units. If it is not included, identify who is expected to source it and who must answer the product/application question. Neither arrangement should be presumed for a JiurunCut offer.

Identify the product before comparing the fluid line
Record the fluid manufacturer, full product designation and applicable product-document date or revision. Retain the source wording for its supplied form. A family name, “cutting fluid,” or a container quantity leaves part of that identity unanswered.
Unist identifies Coolube 2210, 2210AL and 2210XP as ready-to-use products. This is a supplied-form example for those named products, not a recommendation for a JiurunCut machine or a statement about every cutting lubricant.
If one offer names a ready-to-use product and another a concentrate, keep those descriptions visible rather than treating the purchase items as interchangeable. Ask the respective suppliers to identify exactly what each order line supplies. Do not infer the form from the equipment name or fill it from a document for a similar product.
Link the document to the product on the quote. When the product name and document do not match, request the correct document or a corrected line; do not carry a statement from one product across to another.

Name who answers the application question
Master Fluid Solutions’ FAQ links concentration guidance to the specific product and application in question 2 and points to product data sheets. Question 16 requests work material, machine, tool-material and operation information for a product recommendation. These are documentary principles, not approval of a fluid for the saw in your inquiry.
Give the fluid maker or its identified technical contact the proposed equipment configuration and actual work context. Ask the equipment supplier to confirm the device scope and address compatibility with the proposed fluid. Name the responder for each question rather than accepting a recommendation detached from the machine proposal. “For aluminum” is not a complete application description.
Where a concentration field applies, request the named supplier’s written product/application reference. Keep it pending until answered, or record the supplier’s confirmation that it is not applicable. Do not enter a generic value or turn the purchasing sheet into a preparation instruction.

Cutting lubricant supply: a 5-row confirmation sheet
Attach this sheet to the existing equipment offer. The entries below are prompts, not actual supplier answers or a manufacturer standard. Identify the quotation line or attached reply for each entry, and name the company or person who will close it.
| Quote/order line | Named product or item | Form as supplied | Document/reference | Supplier reply owner | Confirmed / excluded / pending | Effect on purchase scope |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lubricant-delivery device | Exact proposed equipment item | Device configuration; fluid supply recorded separately | Equipment offer and item reference | Equipment seller | Record the stated inclusion; otherwise pending | Defines the equipment being purchased |
| Any initial fluid supply | Manufacturer and full product designation | Supplier-stated form; package quantity and units | Consumable line or written inclusion reply | Party supplying the initial fluid | Record included or excluded only when stated | Identifies whether a separate fluid order remains |
| Fluid product document | The same named fluid | Confirm correspondence with the order line | Applicable product sheet and date/revision | Fluid maker or identified document provider | Pending if missing or mismatched | Resolves what product and form the buyer would order |
| Application confirmation; concentration reference if applicable | Named fluid linked to the proposed equipment and job | Preserve the confirmed supplied-form description | Product/application-specific written response | Fluid technical contact and equipment supplier, with questions allocated | Record each answer separately; unanswered points stay pending | Exposes a technical question even when supply is included |
| Separate proportioning equipment, only if proposed | Item actually named in the proposal | Equipment scope only | Separate offer line and stated inclusion | Supplier proposing that item | Record inclusion or exclusion; do not invent an option | Prevents an unquoted item being assumed part of the device package |
Apply the status to the question in that row. “Confirmed” for initial fluid means the commercial inclusion is stated; it does not mean application suitability has been confirmed. “Excluded” from the offer does not mean a product is technically unsuitable. Silence remains pending, not excluded.
The product-document and application rows identify required replies, not automatically billable supply items. Use the optional equipment row only when such equipment is actually proposed. For later consumable purchases, retain the exact confirmed product reference without assuming ongoing supply is included with the initial order.
Resolve different gaps without ranking the suppliers
The following replies are fictional purchasing examples, not JiurunCut offers or customer records.
Supplier A names the device but no fluid. Record the equipment scope that is stated. Leave the initial-fluid line pending and ask the equipment seller to clarify its inclusion and sourcing responsibility.
Supplier B names a fluid but provides no supplied-form statement or product document. Retain the name, then request the missing form and matching documentation. Do not fill those fields from another product in the same brand family.
Supplier C identifies the device, initial fluid, supplied form and matching document, but has not answered the application question. The commercial description is clearer, yet that technical reply remains pending. A signed quotation is not evidence of cutting performance.
A buyer can return this short request:
Please separate the equipment item from any initial fluid supply in the quotation. Identify the fluid manufacturer, exact product, form as supplied and applicable product document. Name who will confirm its use with the proposed equipment and our stated work, including a product-specific concentration reference only if applicable. Mark exclusions and unanswered items, and identify any additional purchase that remains.
Carry the returned answers into the order description without removing the unresolved points. A complete supply line can coexist with an unanswered application question; the next action is to obtain that answer, not infer it from the word “included.”
Send the quoted line and product documents to JiurunCut
Share the proposed saw configuration, lubrication wording, named fluid documents and intended material and cutting operation. Identify missing product details, unclear supply responsibilities and planned changes. Incomplete information can start a scope discussion.
Clarify My Device and Fluid Supply Scope
Confirmation must relate to the specific proposal. This article does not establish that JiurunCut uses or supplies the cited products, includes an initial fluid or offers proportioning equipment. The sheet records purchasing answers; it does not authorize a fluid or process.
