Hypothetical example: a supplier accepted the complete aluminum-saw arrangement. Two drawings show different viewing ends. Identify each exact component and viewing end. A clarification need not change the arrangement.
Send your annotation back to the original provider and ask what its offer actually means. Do not treat an annotation as an approved change merely because someone marked the drawing.
Order
