When choosing a semi-automatic aluminum saw or an automatic model, compare the functions named in the proposal. Jiurun’s JR-455Q brochure example describes a pedal-initiated clamping, lubrication and cutting cycle. The JR-455CNC example describes servo automatic stock feeding and automatic clamping. Match that difference to the work you want the machine to handle.
Two Jiurun brochure examples side by side
The table compares the descriptions on physical brochure pages 6 and 7. Use it to focus the inquiry, then confirm the functions included in the configuration quoted for your actual parts.
| Function to discuss | JR-455Q: semi-automatic | JR-455CNC: fully automatic CNC |
|---|---|---|
| Stock feeding | Confirm in the quoted configuration. | Servo automatic feeding is listed. |
| Clamping | Automatic clamping within the pedal-initiated cycle. | Automatic clamping is listed. |
| Cycle start and sequence | The pedal initiates clamping, oil spray and cutting. | Confirm the cycle start and sequence in the quoted configuration. |
| Cutting lubrication | Automatic oil spray during cutting is listed. | Confirm in the quoted configuration. |
A “confirm” entry is a question for the proposal. It does not mean the machine lacks that function. The table uses the features stated in these two brochure descriptions.

Which function is your buying priority?
Tell Jiurun whether the main question is stock positioning, an assisted clamping and cutting cycle, or another task in your normal order.
Buyer example: repeated length positioning
Imagine a workshop cutting straight members in groups of repeated lengths. Its main purchase question is how the stock will be positioned for those lengths. The inquiry should ask Jiurun to explain the JR-455CNC servo-feeding arrangement for that actual stock and part list.
A useful message is: “Our priority is positioning the profile for our repeated lengths. Would the proposed feeding arrangement fit this stock and these members? Please explain the loading, support and operator work included in the proposal.”
If your main priority is an assisted clamping, lubrication and cutting cycle, use the JR-455Q description to ask a different question: “How would this cycle serve our actual parts, and how would the stock be positioned for each required cut?”
Keep the same drawings and normal order mix when discussing either option. That gives the supplier a clear job to review instead of only an automation label.

Show what you want the cycle to do
Share the stock section, finished members and normal orders. Explain which task matters most when comparing the two proposed arrangements.
Match the listed functions to your parts
Include the material, profile section and finished end shapes. If the job needs angled ends, show them clearly and ask for the suitable configuration to be identified.

Our clamping and stock-feeding guide explains those separate functions. When reading a feeding description, clarify whether it refers to moving the stock to its length position or the blade’s cutting stroke.
Discuss your model comparison with Jiurun
Send the parts you normally make and the task you want the equipment to handle. Ask for the functions and remaining operator responsibilities to be clear in the quote.
